Tier breakdown

BACKGROUND SPECIFICATIONS:- Simple BG (ex: solid color/gradient) = FREE
- Sketchy/blurry BG = $15-$50 depending on tier and the amount of objects/scene complexity
- Choosing Clean Render Tier does not mean the BG will be clean and detailed!
- Kindly discuss further regarding photobashing/3D assets for background if you have any for me to take/reference from. Heavily detailed backgrounds will cost more depending on the Tier chosen.
OTHER NOTES:- PNG assets are allowed for all tiers (ex: tattoos, patterns, crests, etc)
- The level of detail and/or the amount of accessories included in Sketch Render Tier will not be the same as Clean Render Tier, which is going to be the cleanest and most detailed/accurate
- If a character is interacting with an object that is prominent in the artwork, it will be counted as having an object in the BG (ex: bed, chair and/or table, etc)

Terms of service
First and foremost
If you act disrespectful/rude while messaging me (ex: rushing before and/or after payment, passive aggression, entitlement, forcing a demand outside of the available services and/or not taking no for an answer), I will give you a warning once before I consider myself no longer obligated to respond :(
I WILL DO:
2D and 3D Fictional characters
Original characters/OCs (please provide necessary references as the accuracy and likeness of the character(s) will depend on them, and a character sheet or a turnaround will be best to ensure likeness)
General NSFW
I WON'T DO:
Photorealism
Mecha or heavy/complex armors
Furry (anthros are ok as long as they have human faces)
Heavy gore (a bit of blood, light cuts/wounds/bruises are ok)
Provocative/charged/offensive contexts (ex: politics, religions, etc)

COMMISSIONS ARE NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE UNLESS AGREED UPON OTHERWISE BEFOREHAND
I am allowed to post a watermarked version of your commissioned piece in my social media platforms and on the Gallery section as portfolio/examples.You are not allowed to: take credit for the art, change/modify it for recycling/reusing/reposting.
You are also not allowed to use the commissioned artwork in any blockchain related platforms/medias/sites.
This includes NFTs, cryptocurrencies, other similar uses/practices.
If you wish to commission me for commercial use, please Contact me so we can discuss the additional fees.
payments and schedules
I currently only accept payments in USD through Paypal.
To ensure a transparent and efficient process, I will ask for your Paypal email and send you an invoice after we agreed on a commission. The process will start after the payment is done. Other rules that apply include:
Full payment must be done in order for me to start any rendering ("coloring') process.
After payment, I will take my time to work on a sketch (colorless) WIP of your commissioned piece.
You're allowed to ask for partial/down payment option. The minimum amount required for the first payment will be half the price of your tier.
If you opt for partial payment, I will ask for you to complete the payment after you're satisfied with the sketch (colorless) WIP, progress will only continue after the second payment is done.
No rushing, commissions are usually done in batches and time is needed to ensure each piece's quality matches my standards.
I will update you if there are any urgent/unexpected delays.
If you choose the Clean Render tier, commissioned work(s) will be finished according to the agreed upon schedule(s).
One batch usually takes up to 2 months, you may ask for updates if the time spent exceeded this.
Yes, I will stick to using invoices so I can keep track of the orders better and make 50-50 payments easier. No, unless given enough reason to do otherwise, I will not use other apps/methods for now.And no, even in partial payment, I will NOT send you the files unless payment is completed. You may ask for preview(s) or proof(s) and I will send you a photo of your commissioned work (with watermark) on my iPad.
PREVIEWS WILL NOT ALLOW FOR REVISION. It is only for update purposes and unless you chose Clean Render tier I will have to ignore the need for sudden changes/fixes, especially if it is as big of a change as pose/clothes.NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS AFTER PAYMENT!
